As Elevate Cities Impact Fellows, you don’t simply learn about civic leadership. You practice it, helping identify local changemakers, shape public recognition, and strengthen the civic fabric of their communities.

We partner with a leading college or university in each of our cities to identify outstanding student leaders who are ready for real civic responsibility. Together, we’re preparing the next generation of changemakers while strengthening the cities they call home.
Our Fellows are selected for their leadership, curiosity, and commitment to their community. Fellows help design and steward one of the most important parts of our model: identifying and celebrating the changemakers whose work is strengthening their city.
It’s real civic leadership. Real responsibility. And for many Fellows, the beginning of a lifelong commitment to building places where everyone can thrive.
